    Richard Balcon

Richard has 25+ years experience in the software industry. Richard started his career with such prestigous software companies as Xerox, Oracle and Wells Fargo. He has since served as VP of Engineering of Engineering and CTO with several companies before running Tartans US operations.

    Gary Macbeth

Tartan founder, with 20+ years experience in Enterprise Systems for small and large cap business; including permanent and contract terms at Sun Micro, Apple, National Semiconductor, BT/Concert, MCI among others.

    Martin Dickson

Martin has 25 years experience in IT service management and consultancy, including EMEA manager for DHL and operations manger for Hitachi. He has worked as a board level IT consultant to Lloyds and Northcliffe press.

    Terry Barnden

Terry has 25 years of sales and sales management experience in the IT industry and has held senior sales positions in ROCC Computers, ICL, Sherwood, Data General, Informix, Bull, Integris, Twincentric, Steria and Taurus Infomatics.

    Krishna Bhat

Krishna has 24+ years experience in the software industry. In addtion to his deep software experience he has held senior management positions with GE in India. He holds a Master black belt in 6 Sigma and is ITIL Certfied.
